Description

The ET3.5-1328 4-axis column-type loading and labeling robotic nesting cell consists of an operator console, control cabinet, robotic rail, label printer, material suction cups, and unloading table, compatible with different brands of cutting machine systems. Unlike conventional labeling machines, it adopts a fully stacked feeding method, allowing for loading more sheets at one time — up to 70 sheets with 18mm thickness. It requires no ground pit or hydraulic lifting platform, achieving maintenance-free operation.

  • Supports multiple configurations with CNC nesting machines. It can be paired with a single CNC nesting machine to create a multi-station loading and labeling cell, or with two machines to form a “one-to-two” automated nesting production line.
  • Equipped with automatic barcode rotation function, it enables more reasonable label placement and avoiding label damage during cutting.
