E-70JR Automatic Edge Banding Machine has the functions like pre-milling, six-wheels pressing, end cutting, rough trimming, fine trimming, chamfering, scraping, buffing. In addition, it adds the functions of cleaning and separation, is equipped with rapid-sol unit, detachable glue pot, and a baking lamp device. It is widely used in the wood furniture industry, including panel furniture, custom furniture, cabinets, wardrobes, and office furniture.

- The bander machine doesn’t use a manual adjustment, and pneumatic knife adjustment is used to automatically adjust the thickness of the edge banding, which is convenient and fast.
- This edge banding machine can adjust 4 board thicknesses through the screen, 15mm, 18mm, 25mm, 36mm.
- The pre-milling function can mill the edges and residues of the board surface to make the glue coating more even and the glue line thinner.
- Edge bander uses a baking lamp to heat the glued edge of the board. The glued edge is more tightly sealed, the edge band is more firmly attached, and the debonding problem is effectively solved.
- This edge banding machine uses rough trimming and fine trimming, the excess edge band is cut off from the top and bottom sides of the plate so that it is parallel to the plate height.
