EW4 3050 5 axis CNC machining center with a 5 axis head, adopts a heavy-duty bridge structure, high precision and strong stability. In addition, it is equipped with a variety of high-quality, high-performance parts to ensure stable and precise processing. It is used to process many different kinds of materials, such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, wood, medium-density fiberboard, polyurethane, foam, plastic, etc.

Features

This 5-axis foam CNC machining center uses an Italy Hiteco 11KW water-cooling spindle with a speed of up to 24000rpm. It can rotate 270°±90° at the same time to accurately and quickly cut and engrave more complex projects.
The 5-axis EPS foam CNC cutter is also equipped with a CW5300AL water chiller, which can better cool the spindle to extend its service life.
This 3D foam 5-axis machining center with A-axis that can rotate ±120° and C-axis that can rotate ±245°.
The cutting machine can accommodate 8 kinds of tools with different functions, realizing automatic tool change and improving processing efficiency.
