Description
E-510 automatic edge banding machine is used for beveled straight and soft-forming edges. With a length of 9.62m and a sturdy structure, it uses precision template technology for accurate profiling of left and right door panels. It can handle 21 edge profiles and features a 21.5-inch touchscreen for one-touch profile switching, edging about 9m/min. It is widely used for handle-free panel doors.

- The edge bander machine body is made of high-strength structural steel plates, offering excellent strength and stability. The surface is rust-proofed and electrostatically powder-coated.
- The profiling (milling) structure is mature and stable. Combined with precision template technology, it achieves a profiling error of ≤0.2 mm. A lubrication system ensures smooth rail movement and enhances durability.
- The glue application system uses a pot-style design for fast gluing, with one-touch glue purge and cleaning for convenience.
- This bander machine uses independent beveled straight edge pressing, providing strong pressure for a tight and smooth edge band finish.
