Description
The six-axis robot consists of a six-axis robot body, an electric spindle, a control system, a teaching pendant, a workbench, a robot base, and offline programming software. It can process non-metallic materials such as foam, wood, stone, and plastic, and is mainly used in furniture, molds, bathroom, and film and television props.
Features
- Six-axis robot, with many joint axes, combined with external rotating axes and moving slides, has higher processing flexibility;
- Kuka heavy-load, high-precision robot is used, with high processing accuracy and long-term continuous processing;
- Offline programming software can be used to import 3D models to generate processing programs, reduce programming difficulty and improve programming efficiency;
- The overall footprint is small, saving factory space;
- The robot is easy to ship, and the robot joints can be reduced to a smaller size, which is convenient for transportation and loading, reducing freight costs;
- Since there are fewer parts to be disassembled during shipment, it is easy to install and debug after receiving the goods.

FAQ
Can the processing size range of the workpiece be directly determined based on the robot's arm span?
The arm span of the robot is very different from the processing stroke of our engraving machine. The processing size range of the workpiece cannot be directly determined based on the arm span of the robot. The three-dimensional model of the workpiece needs to be placed in the offline programming software to simulate the processing and verify whether the arm span of the robot is large enough.
There are 4 engraving schemes in total. They are six-axis robot + fixed worktable, six-axis robot + rotating worktable (a total of seven axes), robot + track movement, robot + track movement + rotating platform.
If you want to carve stone, you need a stone water-cooled spindle + water cooler + water spray + waterproof treatment for individual parts.
