Application
The rotary axis CNC router has a rotary device installed along whether the X-axis or the Y-axis. It is very suitable for engrave cylindrical workpieces, such as building columns, stair handrails, table and chair legs, and other circle or cylindrical parts. Besides, based on the spindle the rotary axis CNC router adopts, it can achieve different processes. If a rotating spindle is installed, this rotary axis CNC router can complete all the work that a 4 axis CNC router can do, like processing 3D workpieces. However, if the rotary axis CNC router adopts an ordinary spindle that cannot rotate, it can also realize the 2D cutting and engraving work.

We supply Powermill/UG software with post processor free of charge. The post processor has the RTCP function, which means that it has a cutting tool compensation setting.
In general, the Z axis travel for a 4 axis CNC router machine is 400mm. Of course, we can customize it according to your requests, such as 600mm.
Yes, of course. But at present we don’t have fusion 360 post processor which supports the 4 axis CNC router machine. We are sorry for this. If you can find Fusion 360 post processor by yourself, you can use it on our machine.
