Description

1530 ATC-4 CNC Router Machine has kits of 4th axis CNC spindle for 2D or 3D wood carving. The ATC CNC system is designed for automatic tool changing, while the upload roller device is for the wood panel and MDF feeding. It is mainly used for wood carving, MDF or plywood engraving, marbles carving, cabinet and doors making, etc.

FAQs

After tables are welded or fabricated, what is your process for stress relief?

We can provide quenching service. For small size machines of 1300*2500 or 1500*3000mm, we will keep the machine for at least one month after the welding is completed, and it can be slowly eliminated by itself.

Can I use your CNC router to create solid wood tenons, like the dovetail drawers?

For sure. You can use our CNC router machine to process the dovetail drawers, and just need to add a tenon jig.

In terms of the Syntec 1kw Servos, are they closed loop or do they have encoders?

Closed loop and it have encoders. Break in Z-axis.
