What is 10kw fiber laser cutting machine?
The 10kw fiber laser cutting machine is also known as the high-power fiber laser cutter for sale. Because it uses very highly powerful laser beam- more than 10,000 watt fiber laser beam, to cut different metal plates, such as stainless steel plates, carbon steel plates, alloy plates, aluminum plates, brass plates, copper plates, etc.
Features of 10kw fiber laser cutting machine
The 10kw fiber laser cutter is equipped with two key components: large working table and exchange platform.
Large format worktable
The large format worktable is convenient for processing large metal workpieces, especially for the large-scale metal processing industries. And the tensile strength of the large worktable is 500Mpa, which allows heavier plates. And covering with the anti-burning carbon-based refractory plate, it can effectively prevent the impact of slag injection on the bed.
Exchange platform
There are double positioning pins at the front and rear of the exchange platform. And the entire exchange process is displayed on the PLC touch screen. The exchange platform can realize material change automatically, reducing manual loading and unloading time.
Dust removal system
The 10kw metal fiber laser cutter can complete negative pressure double row partition dust removal: the flue is separated from the left and right, equipped with a large-diameter double-row flue (300*300mm), and the suction is stronger.
Projects of 10Kw Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
A 10kW fiber laser cutting machine is a powerful tool that can be used for a wide range of cutting applications in various industries. Here are some potential projects and applications for a 10kW fiber laser cutting machine.
Pros of 10Kw Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
Extremely fast cutting
Compared with the 100w fiber laser cutting machine, the 10kw fiber laser cutting machine has greatly improved the cutting speed. Data shows that in terms of 8mm stainless steel, the speed of 6kw fiber laser cutting machine is nearly 400% higher than that of 3kw fiber laser cutting machine. In terms of 20mm stainless steel, the speed of 12kw fiber laser cutter increased by 114% compared to 10kw fiber laser cutter.
Extremely thick cutting
In the past, the thickness of fiber laser cutting plates was limited to 20mm for carbon steel and 12mm for stainless steel. However, the 10kw metal laser cutting machine can cut aluminum alloy plates up to 40mm and stainless steel plates up to 50mm. When cutting stainless steel plates with a thickness of 3~10mm, the cutting speed of a 10kw metal laser cutting machine is more than twice that of a 6kw metal laser cutting machine. At the same time, a 10kw metal laser cutting machine can reach a speed of 18~20mm/s in carbon steel cutting applications. Bright surface cutting is twice as fast as ordinary cutting. Compressed air or nitrogen can also be used to cut carbon steel within 12mm, and the cutting efficiency is six to seven times that of oxygen cutting carbon steel.
Extremely efficient cutting
The price of a 10kw metal fiber laser cutting machine is less than 40% higher than the price of a 6kw fiber laser machine. But the output efficiency per unit time is more than twice that of a 6kw fiber laser CNC machine, while also saving labor and space.
