Purchase progress
First, the Estonian customer Vahur saw the feedback of the Kenyan customer of the ATC woodworking engraving machine on Facebook. He was very interested in this machine. So he immediately found us and wanted to briefly understand the processing effect of this automatic tool-changing wood router. In the beginning, he didn’t plan to buy the machine right away. After all, it was the first cooperation. It’s ok. We can understand him.
After an in-depth conversation with our professional business personnel, Vahur had a preliminary understanding of this machine, such as its advantages, uses, and configuration. Vahur said he likes this machine very much and is satisfied with its appearance and performance appreciates. So he decided to place the order immediately.

Vahur received our machine products shortly afterward and then sent us an email reply. After the installation, the equipment was in good condition and there was no damage. However, about a day or two later, Vahur said that he had encountered a problem. Since Vahur was buying for the first time and had no experience, he did not find the tool change in the program. After our business salesman received the news, she promptly gave feedback to our after-sales personnel.
Luckily, the problem was solved in time under the guidance of the after-sales personnel. Vahur said that he tried again, and the machine was already working well. Then he happily sent us a video of ELECNC2040ATC cutting foam. Vahur said that this cooperation is very pleasant and looks forward to another cooperation.
