Description
This 6-axis rail-type engraving robot features a 2700 mm reach and supports a maximum workpiece diameter of 1.3m. When combined with a 6m ground rail travel, the overall working range is greatly expanded. The robot also supports automatic tool changing and can process non-metal materials such as foam, wood, stone, and plastics. It is widely used in industries including furniture manufacturing, mold making, sanitary ware, and film & TV prop production.

- Six-axis robot with multiple joint axes; combined with an external rotary axis and linear slide rail, offering higher machining flexibility.
- 6-axis engraving robot + fixed table. Multiple stations can be arranged around the robot based on the workpiece size. This configuration is suitable for small to medium parts with limited height. Typical applications include helmets and chair backs.
- 6-axis engraving robot + rotary table (7 axes total). It is ideal for machining 3D sculptures or human figures by enabling full 360° all-around engraving through coordinated rotation.

FAQ
Can the processing size range of the workpiece be directly determined based on the robot's arm span?
The arm span of the robot is very different from the processing stroke of our engraving machine. The processing size range of the workpiece cannot be directly determined based on the arm span of the robot. The three-dimensional model of the workpiece needs to be placed in the offline programming software to simulate the processing and verify whether the arm span of the robot is large enough.
There are 4 engraving schemes in total. They are six-axis robot + fixed worktable, six-axis robot + rotating worktable (a total of seven axes), robot + track movement, robot + track movement + rotating platform.
If you want to carve stone, you need a stone water-cooled spindle + water cooler + water spray + waterproof treatment for individual parts.
